MY-KYOTO is a website dedicated to helping consumers in the UK contribute to solving climate change and global warming issues.

Whilst politicians and leaders negotiate on the reduction of greenhouse gases, the only real solution is for consumers to make lasting changes to their lifestyles. If we each choose to make one or two lifestyle changes - however small - no one can stop us making a difference.

We are not expecting people to go back to the dark ages - far from it. We want everyone to have a great life but maybe be a little kinder to the planet whilst having it, and get a buzz out of feeling that you've made an important difference.

Did you know that sales of 4x4 vehicles have fallen sharply across the UK this year. The latest study by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders is expected to say that sales of such vehicles fell more than 15% last month.

Maybe My-Kyoto is working ? consumer power at its best !

You can agree to become a part of the "MY-KYOTO PROJECT " , a program to reduce UK greenhouse gases. We will require you to provide information on your intentions to reduce energy usage and you will be asked to complete a short questionaire every 3 months, so that we can monitor the progress of the MY-KYOTO program. There is no charge to be a part of the MY-KYOTO project, you won't be asked for a donation either.
